अब इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने लगाईं Adipurush के मेकर्स को लताड़, कहा- कुरान पर एक छोटी डॉक्यूमेंट्री बन जाती तो कानून व्यवस्था का क्या हाल होता?

प्रभास, सैफ अली खान और कृति सेनन स्टारर फिल्म ‘आदिपुरुष’ को रिलीज हुए एक हफ्ते से अधिक हो गया है। फिल्म अभी भी विवादों में बनी हुई है। सोशल मीडिया पर फिल्म को लेकर ट्रोलिंग की सिलसिला जारी है। इसी बीच फिल्म मेकर्स की मुश्किलें और बढ़ गई हैं। मामला अब इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट पहुंच गया है। बुधवार को इस मामले पर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट  की लखनऊ खंडपीठ ने सुनवाई की और कुछ गंभीर मुद्दों को उठाते हुए मेकर्स को जमकर लताड़ लगाई है।

‘आदिपुरुष’ मेकर्स की बढ़ी मुश्किलें:-

इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय की लखनऊ पीठ ने बुधवार को विवादास्पद बॉलीवुड फिल्म ‘आदिपुरुष’ के फिल्म निर्माताओं को यह कहते हुए फटकार लगाई कि इसमें रामायण के पात्रों को “बड़े शर्मनाक तरीके से” दिखाया गया है। ‘आदिपुरूष’ पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की मांग करने वाली याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई करते हुए उच्च न्यायालय की लखनऊ खंडपीठ ने बुधवार को कहा कि रामायण, कुरान या बाइबिल पर विवादित फिल्में बनायी ही क्यों जाती हैं, जो लोगों की धार्मिक भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाती हैं।

न्यायमूर्तियों ने हिंदुओं की सहिष्णुता पर कही ये बात:-

न्यायमूर्ति राजेश सिंह चौहान और न्यायमूर्ति श्री प्रकाश सिंह की अवकाशकालीन पीठ ने कहा, ‘मान लीजिए, कुरान पर एक छोटी डॉक्यूमेंट्री बनायी जाती। क्या आप सोच सकते हैं कि उससे किस प्रकार कानून व्यवस्था की गंभीर समस्या खड़ी हो जाती ? लेकिन हिंदुओं की सहिष्णुता के कारण ही चीजें फिल्मकारों की भयंकर भूलों के बाद भी विद्रूप रूप नहीं लेती हैं।’

पीठ ने कहा, ‘एक फिल्म में भगवान शंकर को त्रिशूल लेकर दौड़ते हुए दिखाया गया है। अब भगवान राम और रामायण के अन्य पात्रों को बड़े शर्मनाक ढंग से दिखाया गया है। क्या यह नहीं रूकना चाहिए?’

मंगलवार को भी हाईकोर्ट ने लगाई थी फटकार:-

बता दें, फिल्म को बैन किए जाने को लेकर एक याचिका दायर की गई थी, जिस पर लगातार दो दिनों से पर इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट  की लखनऊ खंडपीठ सुनवाई कर रही है। बुधवार को लताड़ लगाने से पहले मंगलवार को भी हाईकोर्ट ने मेकर्स और सेंसर बोर्ड को फटकार लगाई थी। मेकर्स को अदालत ने कह, ‘फिल्म में डायलॉग का तरीका एक बड़ा मुद्दा है। रामायण हमारे लिए आदर्श है। लोग घर से निकलने से पहले रामचरितमानस पढ़ते हैं।’
